How long are my images stored?

For Simataï Online, all images are stored for 30 days – a period during which you can recuperate them simply and securely.

For Simataï Factory, we open you a secure and dedicated FTP as of your first order. Unless a request is made on your part, your images are automatically deleted from our database after a 90-day period.
